Settle Down Beer is made from a couple of guys who took a home brewing passion to the next level. Located in the heart of historic Downtown Gilroy, the Settle Down Brewery & Taproom has a wide-variety of craft beers pouring from over a dozen taps.
Our beer is brewed using only the finest quality of ingredients, stretching the boundaries of what beer can be, bringing you a finished product that provides a flavor explosion in your mouth.
